Terms & Conditions

1. Acknowledgment :- By using our services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms :- Clients are required to pay 50% of the total project cost upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

3. Confidentiality :- Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.

4. Cancellation Policy :- If the client cancels the order midway, domain registration charges (if already paid) will be deducted from the total amount paid, with the remaining balance refunded, as domains cannot be cancelled or refunded once registered.

5. Contract Duration :- This agreement constitutes a 2-year contract. During this period, all upgrades, modifications, and changes to the website or services must be conducted through us. Unauthorized changes may void our warranty and support obligations.

6. Domain Renewal Fee :- The client shall pay an annual domain renewal fee of ₹2,500 at the end of each year to ensure continuous ownership and registration. The first renewal payment is due at the end of year one, and subsequently at the end of each year thereafter.

7. Support and Maintenance :- We shall provide ongoing support and maintenance for the website and services. After the initial 2 months, a nominal maintenance fee of ₹3,000 shall be payable on the 5th of every month to cover support, updates, and maintenance costs.

8. Exclusive Service Provider :- By accepting these terms and conditions, the client acknowledges that we are their exclusive service provider for the duration of this agreement and agrees not to engage any other service provider for the same services.

9. Refund Policy :- In case of cancellation after the order is placed, all funds will be refunded except for the domain fee.
